We had one Muppet movie in my house growing up: a VHS tape of Muppet Treasure Island with Tim Curry as Long John Silver. It was the greatest.

Working on Muppet comics will always be a highlight of my life.  This is actually illustration spec work I drew a while back for some Muppet products (never produced). There was some rather humorous back-and-forth as they wanted Miss Piggy to be more attractive.  Hands down she’s my favorite Muppet, a diva, but she is a pig.

It’s really not much of a stretch to imagine the Eleventh Doctor as a muppet.
